As usual GG93's posts are misleading and manipulative. There is no $10k gain to Mr. Ogilvie. For investing $100k cash into the PP, he is receiving 2,000,000 shares and the right to BUY 2,000,000 more shares in the future at a pre-set price of 5 1/2 cents. Looks to me to be a very strong endorsement of his view of the future prospects for SJL to put $100k on the table.
