The metallurgy issue was a ruse but I suspect it did cause the market to ask why is the permitting taking so long. As we know every jurisdiction has it's vocal minority that is opposed to any development whatsoever and I believe this area has it's mine haters too. I'm certain if there is an issue it will be resolved in good time but the stock could be under pressure for awhile longer. 
Management is going to have to address this issue or non issue soon, maybe now would be a good time. !
