I personally am not accumulating rights, but I do plan to exercise mine so far - but that could change. Some people could make a lot on the rights if the price of gold suddenly turns up, but will lose if it doesn't.  Brio is priced at 3.29 today.   I expect Brio to do well a year or two down the road. Right now and short term, if gold doesn't stop falling Brio will trade below 3.25, so who needs the rights? It will be a decision early next week what to do...
