You can buy on the way down, or you can wait, and buy on the way back up. But you aren't going to time the bottom and more perfectly than you can time the top, so why not just buy when its clearly undervalued?
My hedge is holding plenty of dry powder in profits from the last runup, in case we still get the Mother of All Smack-downs (MOAS) - and, IMO, this ain't it.
At least, not yet.
