RE:so quiet... It's quite incredible that there is "zero" mention about the now long gone "term sheet" deadline, when that was the singular issue dominating these discussions for almost a month. Did we get it/them or not?

Communication has never been a strong point here and is now worse than ever. The update did raise certain expectations, as did the previous 2015/2016 prognostications - only to die on the vine with nary a peep of explanation afterwards.
