It seems you have shorted this at the wrong price hence you are desperately spamming the board.
The price dips below .11 and comes right back up. 

If the price dips below .10, volume comes in high with making it go .105 to .11 right away, today being a great example as well.
It has decent support levels at the price for a while now, and doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon.
