Analogy....
Analogy....does everyone remember when all the experts said that the businesses like Cineplex were dead because of the movie rental places with all the vhs tapes and cds eventually....nobody was ever going into a move theatre ever again.....we all know how that worked out....I wonder where my local blockbuster video store is....the point being...not everyone will shop online and alot of people still like the shopping experience of malls and stores....also some of the property locations for HBC would be ideal for a developer for condo market.....time will tell....
