RE:Thoughts?We are far from Completing a merger. The next step is waiting for an announcement from SG that they are entering into a series of definitive agreements for puirchase of NL. From that point it would take 1 month or so for it to complete id assume.

My opinion is that SG will make the announcement before the Government conference which will layout the action plan for 2017 on Jan 30th if SG is able to come to a conclusion with NL before then.

I think the stock has support, but at the end of the day its a diamong in the ruff or a coal stock depending if transaction goes through. Note that in September they tried to do a takeover with another company (not in weed) and that failed (dont know why)

THC Biomed along with other weed LP's were the creation of shell mining companies acquiring private weed companies.
