So it seems, but one thing is having a lot of debt, another is to be unable to repay the debt. Previous management was basing projections on "pro-forma" EBITDA values of some $580 million that didn't materialize (because of Brexit, US$ appreciation). I would think the new management in charge will improve a few things, like the lousy performance of the US business, and certain unusual expenses, like an award of some $16 million for a consultant. Anyhow, in addition to the latest quarterly report, the most recent presentation (issue of the $350 million notes) on the website helps to understand the debt load.
