My theory was also wrong apparently, that there was some deeper connection to the R&D with Digiflex, possibly related to authentication /anti-countefeiting technology related to the semiconductor industry, as our old friend Shawshank had once theorized on this board.

I won't lie, I'm disapointed by the Digiflex MOU was terminated, but this company is still dramatically undervalued, SICPA has a financial interest in this company and has deep connections to the largest global governments where one fuel marking contract can exceed the minimum royalty payments, XwinSys has developed their inspection system with some of the worlds largest semiconductor companies involved in the design and development of the system and has just launched sales efforts less than six months ago, and I think Croptimal can become a compelling cash flow generating business in partnership with Netafim.

I am overweight in EUO and am staying put for what I believe will be a certain pay off of a double or more in due time.

I was thinking about this... Could it be that SICPA had some say in terminating the co-operation with DigiFlex because the technology they were working on looked like SICPA's market? (a joint venture that will focus on developing technology to address security inks to provide a security solution to governments and product brands protection to industry.)
