RE:RE:Smart to cancel DRIP mgmt sees

RE:RE:Smart to cancel DRIP mgmt seesLooks  to me like they are very confident on their cash postion for the foreseeable future.......On the last mgmt call after earnings, they said they had 5 office buildings in Calgary under contract (although none were firm sales at that point) and at prices that were very close to NAV or book value.......sounds like they have had success with this Alberta divestature plan and no longer require the assistance of the DRIP program to cushion the monthly cashflow from the distributions.

I view this as extremely positive that they have gotten rid of this financial crutch as it is quite dilutive (although I had all my distributions roll into new shares, but glad to hear they don't require it anymore) .....Look forward to there next earnings call and mgmt discussion as to their progress of their plan
best of luck to all longs
Jim
