anyone know anything about

anyone know anything aboutthe stock BUDZ. Is it a pump and dump. Its on the pink sheets....cant find any news on it and it trades very few shares every day and moved from 4 cents to 4 bucks or so. Of course it was a mining stock...thats all I can find. Thanks
