markets expected to opener lower

markets expected to opener lower

looking at previous graphs for bomber, two things will likely happen after a slight pullback in the stock.

1. the stock trades below 50% of what the previous day's candle was.
this would mean no higher than 2.70 and as low as 2.58.

2. the stock will open lower and head lower (a red candle for the day).
if this happens, you could see it hit 2.50 or lower but i suspect resistence there. People like round numbers.

There is also added pressure with the incoming us president which usually has investors selling off before these big events. Use this as a buying opportunity. this downwards trend could continue until Friday and if negativity hits the industry from trumps speech, look for even more pull back monday.

this stock has great momentum but as many have said, we need some new news. the run to 2.75 was from pure hype and speculation that UAL would provide some insight into if they were interested in Cseries planes. it didn't materialize. yet...

trump has also talked a lot about infrastructure spending and this would be good for bomber but who knows in what shape and form.

good luck.
