Vertical scope is worth at least what torstar paid $200 million given 30 percent growth and high ebitda that hondrech confirmed in article. Also black press is finally in the black. I figure these three investments alone are worth $350-$500 or $4-$6 a share. Add legacy business which has had costs chopped but has wide reach and I could see a $10 sale price. Legacy business is say $4 or $320 million for about $800 million in revenue so paying less than 50 cents on dollar of revenue. Key here is what price will induce the families to sell. You have a deep pockets buyer ready ready deal now.
