b) because the liberals need cash, lot's of it, and everything else have been completely squeezed out
c) the very population seems to not care so much if it is legalized
d) creates lot's and lot's of jobs
e) Justin will enter history has the first ( G20?? I don't know what to put here) country to fully legalize cannabis and show the world how it's done
