export tariff?

export tariff?---many are saying...it won't or unlikely to happen!!!
---beware of unintended consequences.
---if you aren't aware of unintended consequences you have not been listening to what Trump has been saying. ex. the border tax has caused worldwide furor/worry as it has here in Canada with regard to the auto industry & lately the energy sector.
---euphoria of the Keystone XL acceptance by executive order by President Trump has worn off.
---Don't forget President Trump has already said that the deal to build has strings attached, but let's say that Trump tweets something more about the pipeline/pricing... the CDN$ will drop about 5c (IMO) & the discount price for Cdn. crude will widen & put in doubt the viability of building Keystone XL pipeline.
---Also don't forget the $15B lawsuit against the US gov't  for non-approval of the pipeline/procedure still outstanding.
---we are a long way from joy.
---I say the rumors about CPG's viability going forward/value trap moniker being permanent thus making CPG...'Uninvestible' (which it is already by most institutions!)
