Also I think a lot of banks have difficulties with updating to WEED. for exemple,  in my portfolio (or STASH as I like to refer to...thanks star for that one,priceless!) I can't make any transaction because WEED shows at 9.85$, and I can't buy more unless I call in I guess.  Also my margin link to my stocks is at minus because the system does not recognize WEED for the purpose of calculating my available margin.

I can't buy anything since my available cash is in the negative.

This being said maybe a lot of investors do not have access to WEED for that reason (unless they call in)

 

This might be a factor for the low volume
