RE:Who knows at this point

RE:Who knows at this pointI certainly won't claim to know much, but when the company and CEO state that a takeover or merger are among their fall-back options, well - that does not inspire confidence. And it wouldn't surprise me if ACG took a long hard look at the likelihood of them getting their 14% and realized that there was a reasonable chance they might not even break even. The next wave of financials are due pretty soon and its possible ACG was privy to them.

The company is in a catch-22. They need cash to push the the adoption of their product, but without anyone adopting their product, they are having a very hard time lining up cash. The days of betting on potential are behind and investors, no matter who they are, are looking for revenues.

Bad news all around, and you'd have to squint pretty hard to see any kind of silver lining. They might well be done. Even a takeover would be at rock-bottom prices. No-one wants to buy a tech that nobody uses.
