RE:RE:RE:RE:Buyout RumourfactRbest, don't mean to slight you, but you obviously don't know how to read financial statements.  

Their Liabilities and Equities total $168 mil of which $100 mil is equity so their liabilities are approx. $70 mil.  Secondly when acquiring a company people really only look at the actual debt as payables and other current liaibliites are generally offset by inventories and receivables.  

As of Sept 30 they had $38 mil of real debt including the debt in their subsidiaries.  They then did a subsequent financing for another $16 mil, so they have approx. $55 mil of debt which they are quickly paying off.  As well, when you are looking at acquisition prices if you are taking into account debt then you have to look at earnings before interest because otherwise you are double counting.
