These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Maceys doesn't need hbcI would appreciate if Baker could convince shareholders he can create a considerably higher stock price for HBC. I haven't seen the Jan 31st short interest for HBC but this morning looks like the shorts are covering.
