RE:What happens now?Its really up to company....not sure what listing fees are on TSX vs Venture, but imagine it would be significantly less.  There are some big shareholders in the name so for them it doesnt matter where the listing is.

I don't think going private here would be best case, but would have to offer minority shareholders participation rights..

Plus ego i think plays a role, would be nice to be part of management that takes a 0.01 stock through permitting, development, and partnering.  Show that stock chart going from 0.01 to $1 something in 5 years time!!
