Spin out of Gold property announced!!

Spin out of Gold property announced!! Free shares coming!! Yeooo Looks like it will be well structured and financed for Canadian mining. This is a good play by management. These dividend shares will be huge! I'm guessing registration day is sometime in mid March when they mail the deal out.. Thoughts?? Have a good long weekend.
