RE:Thoughts on the price action going into earnings?maybe since npi has been flirting with a 52 wk high, that some feel npi won't meet its $0.49 eps target and they are selling to look for a re-entry dip?  i can't see much value in that move.

however, I am starting to feel the buyout won't happen, as I would think that any potential purchaser would have completed their dd by now. 

just my 2 cents.
