RE:RE:RE:whats upThey never had any intention of keeping Lucas around. ESW never had any interest in the initial move to find an investor.   They also had no intention of making a proper take over offer.  Which brings us back to the original question of why Lucas didn't issue a dilution last summer? You don't wake up one day and say oh no we are in trouble!! He was duped. 

It it also makes you wonder what kind of back room deal Investco was given.  I spect we will find that out in due time. Isn't Lucas also bound to hold his shares?

I really believe ESW's actions need to be investigated by the authorities.
