plant location?

plant location?Nov. 22 they announced that they were searching "North America" for a location; later announcing that a site had been selected. Now they announce "Elcora is pleased to report that they received $500,000 in non-repayable grants and $1,300,000 in Government Loans." It sounds very much like the site will be in Canada because local governments in the US almost always give tax breaks rather than grants of cash or government-guaranteed loans. Anyone know where the new plant will be built?
