RE:Purposeful Short Ladder Schemes

RE:Purposeful Short Ladder Schemesmccorj...This is not the first time somebody like Kerrisdale - or even Kerrisdale itself - has succeeded in an unwarranted short attack based on made up numbers and scare tactics. It happens all the time. I look upon it as just another way of clearing out the weak hands that have not done proper DD and are just looking to make a quick buck.

As far as "there ought to be a law", well, I'm sure there is, many of them. But at the moment the SEC is asleep on the job to the point that it probably should be put to rest along with the EPA, the FCC, the FDA, and half of the parasites - I mean bureaucrats - in Washington.

I don't now about you, but I'm not holding my breath.
