3 Questions for tomorrow

3 Questions for tomorrowI am unavailable tomorrow.  But somebody please ask the following 2 questions.
  1. Will the sales revenue under the new metal sales agreement with Glencore differ materialy from the existing revenues under the current agency agreement.?   In essence will they confirm that the current premium structure which is a combination of grade, shape and location of the metal be maintained?
  2. What is the TC that was used to calculate the pro forma EBITDA that they will likely calculate for 2016.  As a followup ask if they will supply a calculation of the estimated EBITDA for the 12 months of the new agreement usin current LME and FX.  They will probably decline but ask
  3. For the past 18 months they have constantly been warning unitholders that tough times are ahead because concentrate would be be acquired at some unknown "Market terms" TC.  This TC has now been confirmed by a contract with Glencore but we have not been informed of these terms which are fundamental to determining the valuation of the fund.  How can they justify witholding this information from 75% of the shareholders while the owner of 25% of the shares has access to this information.  Probably won't get much of an answer but it will be fun to listen to them squirm.
Hope somebody reads this and asks befor the conference call.

Good luck all....
