RE:financial / mining interest in IVN

RE:financial / mining interest in IVN
The outside consultants were probably brought in at the suggestion of the Board. They, the Board, are responsible to the shareholders. By involving outside professionals to review interest in the company or its projects, they ensure the interests of the shareholders are front and center. It also innoculates them against lawsuits by slighted shareholders.

Having said that, do not see projects being sold in whole or part. Money is cheap, and as RF has stated the wind is at their backs and capital is there for companies with the best mines in the world. The changed clause in the contract with Zijin over the extra .8% speaks to their confidence on attracting financing. Finally, they sent the engineers back to work on a plant developmnet scenario for K&K with the instructions to develop a plan under the basis of there being "no capital constraints". In other words the money is there to build whatever we want, lets just maximize the returns for K&K and Dash.
