I think that the market maker, CIBC, has others that it works with, controls the share price and can work the price in whatever direction. Notice that there never is any surprise bumps in the share price with Wilan. Any entity, institution wanting in...Cibc is more then happy to accommodate and maintain a constant price. Why would CIBC do this, I scratch your back..you scratch mine. The MARKET MAKER NEEDS TO GO...Then you will see a share price appreciation. The only time that the price moves upwards lately, far and between is on high volumes when the market maker has some difficulty keeping it flat... Why the walls??? An entity wants in and the market maker is accomodating. They should be investigated!
