prediction of next private placement

prediction of next private placement
trying to chart the last few private placements.  closing dates as follows:  11/14/2014, 5/1/2015.11/4/2015, 8/10/2016  say 5/7/2017    i think we should be able to hold off the next one until say april, 2018!!!   this is great news as it gives John plenty of time to come up with another story to tell to those he needs to get behind that private placement.  think  we will have say 130 million shares-put a value of 20 c3nts a share or $26 million-  how much is just the limestone plus fold property worth not counting the others-about 150 million is a decent estimate.  so are we undervalued, under promoted, or just dead in the water?  the public evaluates management as not capable of putting a deal together so we sit at 1 1/2 cents----we can buy all the shares we want--if management insists on doing nothing, sellers come in to sell off our bids or fill our bids so they can move on. it looks hopeless unless a company sits with john and steals the company again for 20 cents which would be a shame after all these years and with our property portfolio
