RE:TIME FOR CEO TO GO!!

RE:TIME FOR CEO TO GO!!Being in Mon. Hinse's age class I know that my powers are comprimised and in decline. Additionally, one gradually slips behind the curve in terms of current technologies which causes resentment in those around you operating at the cutting edges.

This is why ABI should have a new COO. We've just seen reporting in which some strategic actions were not implemented - for one - the company, given it's "moment critique" positioning, should have  seen the adjustment on grades need months ago thus NOT putting cash flow in jeopardy at precisely the wrong time.

Sure, the dilution was minor but you can't keep going to the well forever to cover weak strategic thinking. Yes, I know the tax matter came out of the blue but that's another reason to protect your flanks - especially now. Takeoffs call for a high state of alertness.

My sense has been that the current quarter was going to be the turning point and now I have concerns about that.

I think we need an Operator - a first class, industry proven, Operator. Most of the other pieces of the puzzle are in place.
