Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

RE:Conference Call Transcript

After reading the CC transcript I get the impression according to Tom Rossi the ASP gang are excited and there are important near-term catalysts ahead, they are hopeful that substantial value for Acerus and its shareholders will also be created. My summation is the content of this call followed the usual pattern of BS and was in fact meaningless. I sold the last of my stock a couple of days ago for 13 cents but good luck to those who are still long the stock.
