If lowball offers Were what management received nearly three weeks ago, we wouldn't be holding out for a NR of a potential deal, this would have been put to sleep long ago. That was said yesterday I believe and to add on that (speculatively) the last thing OSK wants is for DGO to commence a drill campaign in "THEIR" backyard where they hit gold, or even more so, prove up a million ounces. It's at this point they kick themselves for not having jumped earlier. OSK certainly doesn't seem to be the type to sit idle too long. They've got the cash, they've got the bulldog mentality, they want to monopolize their holdings in Windfall and they've got an opportunity in Trove and DGO to do just that.
