That's seems correct. I was previously told 12 to 18 months was the likely window to get the arbitration proceeding, so right in the window of my expectations. The expectation is 45 days after the arbitration proceedings for award to be determined. 

I expect nothing to come from the London proceedings.

just need to be patient and let the legal fund running the lawsuit do their thing, which they've already spent $5mm towards this case with good success.
