The platform distributes cryptographically secured keys and strings.

Insider buying is a GREAT sign, especially after the dump @ ~.22 area.

Keep in mind however, that there are generally 'blackout' periods, in which no insiders can buy if there is a deal currently being negotiated.

If there are inquiries, bites, or potential deals in the works, then they need to lock up their insider buys before negotiation starts.

Hopefully they start soon!
