I''m not an analyst. I'm a PM.

I'm not certain if Pender is involved in the name yet (possibly came in this round, but have not seen or heard of him on the name up to this point). The float has been incredibly tight - and I know what I own, plus what the rest of the management and Fidelity as they are above 10%. So I don't think there are any institutional investors in the name prior to this raise (at least of any size). I do know that there are now quite a few new institutional investors in the name in this round.
