Fidelity brokerage for V.SJL gives $.20(CA) bid volume at 226,500, and $.20(CA) ask volume at 231,500. I thought this to be piling up from shareholders that are unable to constantly monitor their bid or ask, e.g., place a bid and then go off to their regular job. Am I wrong?
