RE:concordia post restructuring..............

RE:concordia post restructuring..............Finally rad explains what restructuring is instead of happy's definition (not sure what point he was trying to make other than he can cut and paste).   But you may need to explain to some here that unsecured means the unsecured bonds and equity means shares.   After all, suitman thought the company paying the coupon meant some kind of marketing drug coupon,   LOL   All Hulot can post about is cockroaches and shorts not being able to afford coffee since its quite obvious that he knows nothing material about the company and can't read a financial statemnet (ironic, since shorts are making a killing and he is losing his a**).   I can't wait for restructuring to be announced and then he will post "this is great news, now all the bad stuff is behind us and this stock will go to the moon"   Each earnings brings a new set of bagholders to this bullboard.

1.4 billion unsecured...  poof - gone
Equity... - poof - gone

Ebidta 380 million in exchange  for 2.1 billion of secured debt.............................(banks, line of credit and secured notes become equity holders) - a very reasonable price for the earnings............

This is what a debt restructuring looks like for those that dont have a clue.
