I disagree....with trump protectionist agenda the political climate should be more proactive to making things happen.... they have consulted and have the natives on board...they have the new site , the have the permits. .. it all hinges on whether PNW sees it as economical.... with the monteney being what it is and everyone loves infrastructures in saw jurisdictions.... I thjnk it happens. ..it may get delayed a year or so .... but I think it happens .... but yes I hate the government al red tape as well
