Shorts will be in control tomorrow, large institutions will then start scooping up the cheap shares and once the deal is announced with Panasonic. The stock price will rally.

This current news release again is just another clever way to give hope to longs that their may be a deal down the road. 

All this news releae was was a paraphrase of the last 3 news releases.

if you are under water with this stock, there's no point to sell. Let the company issue a news release down the road saying tesla is buying them out, then cash out before they can back track the news release
