Whampoa plz add a column for legal fees

Whampoa plz add a column for legal fees My biggest 3 beefs 1) selling 60% equity at such low valuations 2) I agree hold period is not long enough 3) why the heck do ppy shareholders have to pay the legal fees of all parties involved ? Especially when ugr are the biggest beneficiary of this deal .... As previously mentioned there are alot of things I like but those 3 things are my cons. I like your proposal of 30% equite and 1 year hold .....looking forward to hearing from mcdonald soon ...if he comes our supporting that it must not be that bad and if he protests than I think it will fail or get renegotiated .... I'm fine with all 3
