LRV Quality!!

LRV Quality!!I surely don`t know much about transit or LRV`s but METRO is saying they don`t even meet standard qualifications!---I have seen the cars they are building on some videos as of lately and they seem quite state of the art and technologically advanced so their statements are quite confusing!-----Maybe just blowing more SMOKE for the media!!
