Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. Erin Ventures Inc. [TSX-V: EV] has signed a Letter of Intent for the formation of a strategic partnership regarding the development of Erin's Piskanja boron project in Serbia. This is the third such Letter of Intent that Erin has established for this project. Erin believes that its best course of action to effectively penetrate the boron market and maximize its returns is to secure multiple strategic partners who are well established in various facets of the tightly controlled boron industry.

Due to the sensitive nature of the boron industry, the parties believe that it is not in the best interest of a future alliance to reveal the name the potential partner at this point in time.

Erin considers this prospective partner to be of strategic importance because of its ability and willingness to provide Erin with capital required to develop the mine,
