RE:OPEN LETTER TO JIM GOWANSJames, before you go and send off any correspondence representing yourself as some kind of business person, maybe you should hire a grade 10 student to proof read your open letter...it's a huge difference with errors made here as frankly it doesn't really matter, but in the formal business world, it does!
