RE:RE:37minusAbsolutely, we'll believe it when we read it or hear it. That's when our assumptions are proven correct or incorrect. Until then, we are operating on probabilites, based on projections using known facts and management's guidance.
The fact the RBC has guided lower tells me that others are reevaluating their expectations due to changing probabilities. With every day that ticks by without a money deal, odds increase of an undesirable financing. Any possible delay to revenue streams also adds to the likelyhood of having to go to the market for money. Doug M. decided it had gotten to the point where an adjustment was called for. Agree with it or not, there's plenty of doubt to be sown. While I don't think it's going to get to that, I can see why others aren't so sure.
