Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. Also on March 8 he acquired 666,666 thousand shares at .15 for $99,900 So selling 177,500 @.55 would allow him to have almost 500,000 shares in his pocket for a free ride. what an awesome transaction really.
