YES they did, the company you retard!! dont be a fool and say something that makes sense please, I will givr you another chance or you will be on the stupid list.
I don't know much about patents but I know anyone can apply for them, you do not need professional accreditation to do so. I know this because I am a professional, we hold our "rights" pretty dear to us and patents are not one of them - wish they were :) The section of the Website that notes the (pending patents) is mislabeled as "Patents" - this will not be the case until the patents are granted. The description is in layman's terms which could well be done for competitive reasons however it does come across as a basic narrative description. The drawing is quite basic as well and the only hint I can find as to authorship is in the titleblock of the drawing - note this could refer only to the drawing, industry standard is that a drawing is checked by the author for accuracy. The graphene wire drawing for instance is dated December 22 2015, was drawn by MD and was checked by PO (and checked is misspelled as CEHCK:) So it appears that either Ogilvie designed the drawing or someone else with his initials did so in Dec. 2015. I have no idea how this would relate to the application though.
