The Way The EIA Counts Oil Inventories Is Misleading

I have been shown something that might be leading to inflated EIA inventory counting.

Domestic oil production levels and how they are counted are to blame.

These inflated inventory levels might be wrongly giving impression the oil glut is bigger than it is.
