A bit of TA and a bit of fundamentals

I received a few inbox mail again questioning the current price movement. I will try my best to give my thought on them in two fronts.

Although I trade I am not a day trader who sticks to the monitor on a minute to minute basis. As long as the price action is within the possibilities I defined most recently I take it as business as usual. My latest observation is that there is still some profit taking from the short term traders who bought at below $0.60. Some have waited for a break above $0.75 before put up to sell, but that never happened. So they did it these two days in small ask orders but in a sporadic way just to match the bids. However, I do not see a whole lot of shorts except 30 minutes before the close where It looks quite suspicious. Any way, the trading volume is low and normalized to the level like two months ago. Is another capitulation coming? Quite remote. My calculation tells me once these short term sellers are gone (and there is still a few of them)  I think the stock is on going building a base in the vicinity of the 50 DMA, bouncing up and down from it a few pennies. Well, you can say penny chasers rule for now. For sure this stock requires the momentum to help kick start again. So we need to think about the anticipated test results and what it means to the stock.

I do not hard press on the date of the test results. We know it will come soon or later. I want to prepare myself with some high profile questions. Does it mean feast or famine depending on the outcome? What is the criteria of it being successful and what is the market's expection? What if the company thinks it is but the market says wait a minute. Ultimately how revolutionary it must be to bring about a new strong rally in the stock price?

So before one switches on the hyper mode for the PR give some thought on it. I do not have all the answer. But I will try to find them. If any poster think they have the answer pls share with us all. And indulge me for writing in a speedy and sometimes sloppy manner.
