PRE Lawsuit - Pursue it with the proper way - See following

PRE Lawsuit - Pursue it with the proper way - See following Everyone:

[Waitingstill]: I think you also got a point here about going after the PRE management, another angle we can work it here is: please let me know if you need any further assistance

Bring the case against the management for misrepresentation of company's financial health in 2014 PRE earning's conference all to all shareholders, which caused shareholders to believe in the company's financial ability to withstand the economic turmoil based on the mispresentation by the management. the management bears fiduciary duty to the company and all the shareholders, such mispresentation also have a direct impact/inflence in the voting result.

Now that PRE has come out of CCAA proceedings and reconstructure has been done, shares have been relisted in the TMX, it might be a good time for shareholders to seek legal recourse from PRE management.

Run the scenarios with the lawyer to see which one has the better success rate, the bottom line is when your time and ammunition is limited, you would like to target the one that you have a better chance, the lawyer should be able to express their option about this.

ISS and Glass Lewis Co. definitely also bear legal recourse in terms of providing advice without due deligience and proper analysis.

Again, prepare a case summary to the lawyer, list the parties involved in this case, timeline and events, also provide the relevant materials that PRE management communicated to shareholders before.

Thank you
